IT Asset & Deployment Coordinator

We are seeking an IT Asset & Deployment Coordinator to support a large scare device project, whereby you will assist in the delivery, collection, and tracking of end-user devices. The role will involve coordinating device logistics, maintaining accurate asset records, and providing excellent customer service to users across the business. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the delivery and return of laptops, mobile devices, and IT equipment.
• Maintain accurate asset records using ServiceNow and Excel.
• Track device inventory and ensure records are up to date.
• Liaise with users via email, telephone, and Microsoft Teams.
• Support new starter, leaver, and device refresh activities.
• Manage and update ServiceNow tickets through to completion.
• Work closely with IT teams, suppliers, and couriers to ensure smooth device deployments.

• Previous experience in IT administration, asset management, deployment, or service desk coordination.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
