Java Developer in Test SDET - Finance Consultancy

What you’ll do:

• Design and build scalable test automation frameworks
• Develop UI and API automation using Selenium, Cypress, Playwright or similar
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines
• Create test strategies, plans and automated scripts covering functional, integration and regression testing
• Work closely with engineers to embed a quality-first approach
• Use AI and automation tools to improve test coverage and delivery

• You have experience within a financial services, FinTech or consultancy environment
• You have strong Java coding skills
• You have experience building test automation frameworks
• You have strong UI and API testing experience
• You have a good knowledge of Jira, Jenkins, GitHub, SonarQube and CI/CD
• You’re familiar with Performance and Load Testing experience using JMeter, LoadRunner or equivalent tools
• You have a good understanding of DevOps practices and public cloud platforms including AWS, Azure or Google Cloud
• You’re comfortable using AI enabled tools to improve engineering productivity
• You’re collaborative with great communication skills
