This role is ideal for a practitioner who combines prior industry experience with consulting delivery leadership, and who is eager to deepen their impact across capital program execution, digital enablement, and client advisory.Here’s what you’ll need: 3-7 years of experience in a consulting environment, with demonstrated delivery responsibility. Prior industry experience in engineering, construction management, project controls, or capital project delivery strongly . Experience supporting energy clients, EPCs, or owner organizations on capital programs or projects. Exposure to digital delivery environments, including capital project data, reporting, or PMIS tools. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field OR 10+ years of relevant industry experience in lieu of formal degree.
