Principal Technical Program Manager

As a Principal Technical Program Manager, you will have a critical role in Echodynes relentless pursuit of delivering industry best advanced radar solutions to our customers. You will lead cross functional teams to develop products that contribute to meeting Echodynes business growth objectives. The scope of this role includes development of a variety of hardware/software products., * Deliver innovative products and solutions that exceed customer expectations and advance Echodynes core technology differentiation

• Define, plan, and manage complex development programs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, systems engineers, radar scientists, manufacturing engineers and sourcing
• Track and report program status and metrics
• Drive continuous improvements in product development methodologies

• Ability to identify solutions to challenging problems that optimize results for Echodyne and our customers
• Ability to weigh risks and make clear decisions based on available information
• Ability to lead engineering and research teams to achieve objectives
• Experience leading hardware development programs
• Experience leading development programs in collaboration with customers and partners, * Experience leading embedded software and hardware development programs
• Experience using Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools or software
• Experience using project management tools, such as MS Project, MS Excel, and JIRA
• Experience in Agile or hybrid waterfall-Agile software development methodologies
• Strong communication and presentations skills
• Building collaborative relationships both internally and externally, * Bachelor’s degree in engineering, other technical degree, or equivalent work experience
• 5 years or more in technical program management

The expected annual salary range for this role is$149,659-$224,437 USD
