Backend Developer (Go/ NodeJS/ TypeScript) - Startup - Hybrid/Remote

• Develop and enhance internal tools and backend services using Go, NodeJS or TypeScript
• Design, maintain, and optimize PostgreSQL databases, including schema design, migrations, and performance tuning
• Build and maintain data synchronization processes across multiple systems
• Design and optimize agent-first development workflows and CI/CD pipelines using GitLab
• Collaborate closely in a cross-functional team

• 3+ years of professional experience in backend development using Go, NodeJS or TypeScript
• An open mindset toward AI-assisted software development and hands-on experience with coding agents
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English is our working language)

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with TypeScript and Vite or similar frontend frameworks
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Docker-based deployments
