Job description
Insight Global is seeking an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant to join a small, highly visible team supporting enterprise transformation initiatives across Customer Operations. This team originally led change management efforts for a major CC&B (Customer Care & Billing) implementation and was retained post-go-live due to the value they delivered to the business. Today, the team supports ongoing transformation efforts, with the immediate focus being a growing enterprise AI initiative consisting of approximately 19 individual use cases across Customer Operations. Each use case functions as its own mini-project, requiring dedicated stakeholder engagement, communication planning, business readiness, and adoption support.
The ideal candidate will have experience independently owning OCM workstreams, partnering with business leaders and project teams, conducting change impact assessments, and developing communication and readiness strategies that drive successful adoption. This individual should be comfortable supporting multiple concurrent initiatives, operating with minimal oversight, and proactively identifying opportunities to improve adoption, communication, and stakeholder engagement efforts.
We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer that believes everyone matters.
