- Design company networks including LAN, WAN, datacenter and wireless.
- Install, configure and manage network infrastructure equipment including wireless access points and controllers, SD-WAN appliances, routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and application proxies (Zscaler).
- Identify and remediate discovered vulnerabilities found on network infrastructure systems.
- Manage overall network security controls for the enterprise.
- Monitor networks to respond to identify and remedy network performance bottlenecks and proactively perform capacity planning functions.
- Oversee engagements with third parties providing services related to network, infrastructure, data center, structure cabling, or other telecommunications services.
- Research evolving and emerging technologies and how they might fit in current environment and provide value to organization.
- Ensure an accurate inventory of all network infrastructure is maintained.
- Provide guidance or consultative services to internal and external customers.
- Provide guidance to other team members.
- Oversee and develop procedures for processing of user provisioning, phone deployment, and other basic management tasks by Service Desk Staff and/or Systems Administrators.
- Provide engineering support for telecommunication applications (Microsoft Teams Phone and Cisco WebEx). Work with the Information Security.
- Monitor telecommunications performance, report performance bottlenecks, and provide performance statistics and reports.
- Maintain policies, procedures, and associated training plans for telecommunication, usage, and disaster recovery.

Requirements
- Extensive hands-on experience with Cisco devices performing branch, datacenter, and WAN services.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, comfortable working with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Highly self-motivated and directed.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
