The client manager will also be part of face-to-face interview. Work Location with ZIP: 1500 Post Oak Blvd, Houston, TX, 77056 Is remote work an option?: No If remote work, please indicate how many days are required to be in the office and remote: Required to be in office for all days Chance to be perm?: Yes, depending on the performance Performance Expectations: Technical Hiring Criteria (Must Haves) Top 3 Required skills:Project Information Management and document control experience of more than 10 years in upstream oil and gas domain, preferably for LNG projects. Proficient in EDMS tools like Aconex, Omega PIMS, or equivalent and able to configure project information management requirements in these toolsDemonstrate experience developing and implementing project IM plans, procedures, information requirements, registers, distribution matrices, workflows, assurance, training plans and reporting.Working familiarity with engineering design and project delivery systems and the interfaces among document, data, design, construction, commissioning, completions, and operational information. Experience planning and delivering project information handover to Operations, including final completion dossiers and vendor documentation. Years of experience in each of the must-have skills:At least 10 years of relevant experience in project information management and document control for LNG projects and worked on all stages of the project from Pre-FEED, FEED, detailed design, execution, fabrication, installation, hookup and commissioning, startup and final document handover to operations. Any Certifications required:Preferable to have document control or Aconex certification. Nice to have membership of ARMA International and DARMA (Data Management Association for Oil & Gas professionals) Any additional information you would like to share about the project specs/nature of work:Need excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage project stakeholders, train them in information management requirements, Aconex related details. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and reporting or data visualization tools such as Power BI.Coordinate with EPC contractors, site document controllers and operations readiness team to effectively close out open document workflows.Represent the information management team in internal and external audits. Work with regulatory team on regulatory document submission.Bachelor s or master s degree in Information Management, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
