As a Document Control Specialist, your key responsibilities will be to organize and manage project documentation, maintain version control and distribution systems, and ensure all project records are accurate, compliant, and accessible to internal and external stakeholders. Requirements

2+ years of experience in document control, records management, or administrative support, preferably within the oil & gas industry. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience Training or familiarity with document control systems and project management platforms Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements related to document control and compliance Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite AA/EOE/M/W/Vet
