Azure Data Engineer Associate

• Strong hands-on experience with Azure Databricks.
• Experience in Azure Data Factory (ADF).
• Proficient in Python programming and scripting.
• Strong SQL development experience with MS SQL Server (preferred).
• Experience in designing and implementing ETL/ELT solutions.
• Understanding of data warehousing concepts and data modeling.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize data processing workloads.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments using JIRA.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, including source code management, branching strategies, and code check-ins.
• Experience working with ServiceNow for incident, change, and service management processes.
• Knowledge of CI/CD implementation for data engineering projects.
• Exposure to cloud-native data architecture and best practices.

Experience Required:

• 5+ years of overall experience in Data Engineering and Data Integration.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Azure Data Services (ADF, Databricks).
• Strong experience in SQL and Python-based development.
• Educational Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Preferred Certifications
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate
• Microsoft Azure Fundamentals
• Databricks Certified Data Engineer (Preferred)
