Requirements

Strong experience with CICS Systems Programming and Administration
Experience installing, configuring, and supporting CICS environments
Strong knowledge of z/OS operating systems
Experience with CICS performance tuning and troubleshooting
Knowledge of CICS security, transactions, and resource definitions
Experience supporting high-availability enterprise systems
Strong understanding of JCL, SMP/E, and system utilities
Experience with disaster recovery and system upgrades
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and documentation abilities
