• Minimum 3-5 years of combined Salesforce Administration and Development experience
• Salesforce Administrator certification (mandatory); Platform App Builder and/or Platform Developer I certifications highly preferred
• Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and declarative automation tools such as Flows and Validation Rules
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security models including Profiles, Permission Sets, and Sharing Rules
• Hands-on experience with data management, SOQL, SOSL, and troubleshooting API or middleware integrations
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with Salesforce-specific integration tools and middleware
• Knowledge of advanced Salesforce architecture and best practices
