Job description
Ascendant Innovations Corp is looking for an experienced System Administrator (Level 2). The System Administrator will manage and monitor IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud environments. The Software Administrator shall implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines in order to automate build, test, and deployment processes. The System Administrator will collaborate with development teams to optimize deployment strategies and resolve environment-related issues and troubleshoot system issues to ensure high-availability and performance. Furthermore, the System Administrator shall ensure system security through firewalls, antivirus tools, and access controls.
Requirements
Experience with Linux environments Experience with Terraform Experience with Ansible Familiar with implementing/maintaining CI/CD pipelines Knowledge of current DevOps trends In-scope poly within 7 years Must meet the Labor Category requirements, contact staffing@ascendantinnovations.com for details., Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline from an accredited college or university, plus ten (10) years of experience as a system administrator in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
OR
Fifteen (15) years of experience as a system administrator in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
