Data & Knowledge Management Associate

As the Data & Knowledge Management Associate, you will support Zeta to become a data-driven organization in all aspects of management and build out processes for improved knowledge sharing through:

• Driving seamless operations of Student Information Systems and data platforms, such as PowerSchool, SchoolRunner, PowerBI, including system configuration, trouble-shooting, school-facing training and support
• Creating reports for all stakeholders, including student progress reports, assessment analysis, and ad-hoc reports, across all schools
• Ensuring adoption and usage of data platforms across the organization to drive excellent academic and operational goals
• Building efficient and effective systems for data integrity and accountability
• Managing data and assessments across schools, including logistics, testing security, and school-facing training and support
• Managing our knowledge base systems and communication systems, including set-up, roll out to network-wide staff, and school-facing training and support

To achieve our vision, we are searching for a stellar Data & Knowledge Management Associate with a Bachelor’s Degree and 1-2 years of experience in strategic and/or operational roles who is fueled by a passion for team success and continual improvement. Successful candidates will be systems thinkers who are able to quickly learn new technology and have intermediate+ Excel skills.
