Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science degree from an ABET-accredited school with a strong demonstration of the skills listed below.\n
  • Candidate must have 4+ years of experience in software development.\n
  • Candidate must have excellent teamwork skills and possess strong fundamentals in the following:\n
  • Proficiency in modern C++\n
  • Experience with Linux-based systems\n
  • Experience with higher-level user application development\n
  • Experience working in performance-sensitive, distributed, or systems-oriented applications\n
  • Experience with multithreaded or concurrent programming\n
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment\n
  • Resident of the North Alabama area or willing to relocate to the Huntsville - North Alabama, AL area.\n
  • US Citizenship is required and active secret clearance.\n, * Experience with messaging frameworks (e.g., ZeroMQ)\n
  • Experience with GPU Computing (e.g., CUDA)\n
  • Experience with containerization and CI/CD pipelines\n
  • Exposure to radar, RF, or sensor systems\n
  • Experience with Python\n
  • Experience with Flask, Angular TS, and SCSS\n
  • Experience with SQL-based Databases\n
  • Familiarity with mapping / GIS frameworks (e.g., ArcGIS, OpenLayers, MapProxy, NASA WorldWind)\n
  • Familiarity with AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude Code)\n

  • Support integration, testing, and deployment of software in operational environments\n
  • Contribute to evolving system capabilities, including future real-time and high-throughput processing components\n
  • Contribute to systems and features end-to-end, from development through deployment and improvement\n
