Job DescriptionLifecycle Project Manager - Liverpool - Global Facilities Management OrganisationCBW Staffing Solutions are recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to oversee and drive a variety of FM projects from maintenance upgrades to large-scale refurbishments. Youll manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance.This particular role is based on site for 4 days per week , with 1 day based at home .PackageCompetitive salary between £50,000 - £55,000 per annumCore hours are Monday - Friday (40 hours per week)25 days annual leave plus bank holidaysGenerous workplace pension schemePrivate health care & life insuranceTraining, development & progression opportunitiesResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and close FM projects in line with client requirements and organisational goalsManage budgets, timelines, resources, and risksLiaise with clients, contractors, and internal
