The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Archer application development, workflow automation, integrations, data management, and platform administration. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and support teams to deliver scalable Governance, Risk, Compliance (GRC), and business process solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesArcher Development & ConfigurationDesign, develop, configure, and maintain Archer applications, questionnaires, workflows, notifications, calculations, and reports.Build and enhance Archer solutions using core platform capabilities and best practices.Develop advanced use cases, custom forms, layouts, dashboards, and cross-application relationships.Configure data-driven workflows and business process automation.Perform platform upgrades, application migrations, and solution deployments across environments.Integrations & Data ManagementDesign and implement integrations between Archer and enterprise systems using:Archer Data Feed Manager (DFM)Web Services/API integrationsETL processesSQL-based data loadsTroubleshoot data synchronization issues and optimize integration performance.Develop reusable integration components and automation utilities.Reporting & AnalyticsCreate and maintain dashboards, reports, metrics, and executive-level scorecards.Support data quality initiatives and reporting enhancements.Analyze business requirements and translate them into actionable Archer solutions.Platform Administration & SupportManage access controls, user groups, permissions, and security models.Monitor platform performance and resolve production issues.Perform root cause analysis for application defects and process failures.Support release management, testing, and deployment activities.CollaborationWork directly with business users to gather and refine requirements.Participate in solution design sessions and technical reviews.Collaborate with developers, architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders.Document technical designs, deployment procedures, and operational runbooks.Required QualificationsTechnical Skills7-10+ years of RSA Archer development and administration experience.Strong knowledge of:Archer ApplicationsRecord PermissionsWorkflow DesignQuestionnairesAdvanced CalculationsNotificationsData FeedsDashboards and ReportingExperience with Archer Web Services and REST/SOAP integrations.Strong SQL skills for data analysis, troubleshooting, and integrations.Experience with Archer package deployment and environment migrations.Knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and release management.Professional SkillsStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Strong documentation and knowledge-sharing skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience with Archer use cases such as:Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM)Issues ManagementPolicy ManagementRisk ManagementAudit ManagementBusiness ContinuityRegulatory ComplianceExperience with Archer APIs and custom integration frameworks.Knowledge of Power Automate, Azure services, or other enterprise automation tools.Experience supporting enterprise-scale Archer implementations.Archer Certified Expert/Professional certification (preferred).Nice-to-Have Skills.NET/C#PowerShell scriptingJSON/XML data processingAzure DevOpsREST API design and integrationEnterprise application support and production operationsMinimum years of experience8-10 yearsCertifications Needed :YesArcher Certified Expert Professional certification preferred.Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and executeDevelopmentSecurityCollaboration with offshoreInterview Process (Is face to face required?)
