Job description

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and data products using Palantir Foundry.
  • Build and optimize enterprise ETL/ELT pipelines to support data integration, transformation, and analytics.
  • Develop data processing solutions using PySpark and Databricks.
  • Write and optimize complex SQL queries across Snowflake, Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL), and Operational Data Store (ODS) environments.
  • Work with Azure data platforms and services to develop and support cloud-based data solutions.
  • Develop and maintain applications, transformations, and workflows using TypeScript.
  • Integrate and process structured, unstructured, and geospatial/GIS data.
  • Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, architects, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver reliable data solutions.
  • Troubleshoot data pipeline issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
  • Ensure data pipelines and solutions meet enterprise standards for performance, reliability, security, and data quality.
  • Document technical solutions, data workflows, and processes.

Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience working with Palantir Foundry.
  • Strong hands-on experience developing data solutions using PySpark and Databricks.
  • Experience with TypeScript development.
  • Strong experience writing SQL queries and working with Snowflake, MSSQL, and ODS environments.
  • Experience working with Azure data platforms and the broader Azure technology stack.
  • Experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise ETL/ELT pipelines.
  • Familiarity with geospatial/GIS data and related data processing requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience may be considered.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

Benefits & conditions

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $50.00 to $60.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
