  • Cloud & Infrastructure: PCF, VMware, AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure fundamentals; scalable system design.
  • Database Technologies: Postgres, Cassandra, Redis; SQL proficiency.
  • Monitoring & Observability: Familiarity with tools like Splunk, Dynatrace, Blaze meter, Thousand Eyes, BrowserStack, AppDynamics.
  • ITSM & Compliance: Knowledge of ITIL framework and operational governance.
  • CI/CD Concepts and Toolchain: Branching Strategy, SCM, Artifactory, SonarQube, Jenkins, XLR, Habitat, Ansible, Chef Infra
  • Network Concepts: Wireshark, TCP/IP, F5, Load balancer, Proxies, FTP/SFTP
  • Certificate management: Venafi, ECMS, OpenSSL
