Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in backend application development and enterprise software engineering.

  • Strong hands-on expertise with:

  • Java 11+
  • Spring Boot
  • Microservices Architecture
  • REST APIs
  • Kafka
  • Event-Driven Architecture
  • SQL and NoSQL Databases

Experience designing and developing high-performance backend systems.

Strong understanding of distributed systems and transaction processing.

Experience with CI/CD, containerization, and cloud-native development.

Strong debugging, performance tuning, and problem-solving skills.

Experience working in Agile development environments.
