Staff Product Manager- HR Systems

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to own the end-to-end lifecycle of one or more enterprise products, from discovery and strategy through delivery, launch, and continuous improvement. This role partners closely with Engineering, UX, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to define product vision, establish priorities, and deliver solutions that address meaningful business and user needs., * Own the product lifecycle from discovery and requirements definition through development, launch, and ongoing optimization.

• Develop and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmaps aligned with business objectives and user needs.
• Partner with Engineering and UX teams to design and deliver intuitive, user-centered products and solutions.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on business impact, user value, technical considerations, and available resources.
• Develop clear user stories, acceptance criteria, functional requirements, workflows, and use cases.
• Make informed tradeoff decisions and establish priorities across competing business and technical needs.
• Guide cross-functional teams throughout the development lifecycle, addressing dependencies and removing obstacles that could impact delivery.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, build alignment, and communicate product priorities, progress, risks, and outcomes.
• Support budgeting, planning, and business case development for product initiatives.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis to identify opportunities for continuous product improvement.
• Use qualitative and quantitative insights to evaluate product performance and inform future priorities.
• Manage multiple initiatives and workstreams while maintaining alignment with broader strategic objectives.

The ideal candidate combines strong product management fundamentals with analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex enterprise environments., * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably supporting enterprise products or complex business environments.
• Experience working within regulated industries is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience developing product strategies, roadmaps, requirements, and prioritized backlogs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex or ambiguous business needs into actionable product plans.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Strong technical business writing skills, including experience developing functional requirements, user stories, workflows, use cases, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.
• Proven ability to navigate competing priorities, stakeholder disagreements, and complex product tradeoffs.
• Strong collaboration skills with experience working closely with Engineering, UX, business, and other cross-functional teams.
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
