Job description

1^st priority

  • Design this repository - architect & build - tooling is TBD (confluence, github, whichever)
  • Pulling artifacts across form all pillars - apply a consistent taxonomy and metadata
  • Future proof this stuff, already optimized for RAG based LLM
  • Risk partners, audit partners

2^nd priority

  • Something sustainable, establishing ownership metrics - artifact champions for each IAM pillar
  • Document some type of governance cadence

3^rd priority

  • A lot of dashboards providing a lot of data
  • Build how to guides for partners to run those dashboards themselves rather than engage their tech leads
  • Architect diagrams may be out if date
  • Create a mall map/navigation layer

4^th priority

  • Ad hoc needs/support work - general risk management activities

Requirements

  • Excellent communicator and collaborator
  • Really good writing skills
  • IAM domain expertise (5-7 years)
  • Governance & audit experience - work they have done to support complex audits
  • Designing structured databases
  • Documentation hierarchies
  • Write SQL queries, familiarity with Snowflake
  • Basic AI literacy
