Salesforce Field Service Developer

We are seeking a Salesforce Field Service Developer (Mid or Senior Level) to develop, configure, support, and optimize Salesforce Field Service solutions. This person will work closely with business analysts, IT architects, stakeholders, and development teams to translate business requirements into scalable, reliable Salesforce solutions., Develop, configure, and maintain Salesforce Field Service and Service Cloud solutions. Build and enhance solutions using Apex, Lightning/LWC, Flows, SOQL/SOSL, APIs, and Salesforce configuration. Partner with business and technical teams on requirements, solution design, testing, and implementation. Troubleshoot complex issues, perform root-cause analysis, and improve system performance and reliability. Support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and related integration technologies. Review new Salesforce features and recommend improvements to processes and platform capabilities. Participate in Agile development, sprint planning, design reviews, testing, releases, and technical documentation. Senior-level candidates will take greater ownership of architecture, complex integrations, technical design, and mentoring.

Mid-Level: 3-5 years of Salesforce development experience. Senior-Level: 5-7+ years with large-scale Salesforce implementations and greater architecture/design responsibility. 2+ years of Salesforce Field Service and Service Cloud experience strongly desired. Salesforce Admin and Platform Developer I certifications required; Field Service Lightning and Platform App Builder preferred. Strong communication, requirements management, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
