Job description
The Content Project Manager manages course development projects to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to specifications. The CPM manages the portfolio for a vertical or sub-vertical and understands what products are in that portfolio and how they are deployed. The CPM also serves as a liaison and mediator between resource team members and stakeholders to ensure projects are done on time and to the desired specifications. WHAT YOUâLL DO :
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives
- Prioritize projects and roadmaps based on intensity of effort, product management release initiatives, and resource availability
- Manage routine project updates in QuickBase and communicate information in a timely manner to team and stakeholders
- Coordinate activities, resources, equipment, and information for assigned projects
- Forecast risks for completing projects and identify potential solutions
- Monitor and track progress of projects in QuickBase and handle issues that may arise
- Identify, report, and escalate risks or roadblocks to stakeholders and management as needed
- Manage projects within budget and according to schedule, and communicate risks as appropriate
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports in QuickBase
- Maintain accurate data in QuickBase
- Prepare, coordinate, and release modules to multiple platforms with accuracy
- Prepare, coordinate, and archive modules from multiple platforms with accuracy
- Run or present in multiple resource and stakeholder meetings each week
- Make recommendations to stakeholders on project execution strategies
- Resolve Support Issue Tickets or escalate as appropriate

Requirements
- Bachelorâs Degree
- 2+ years of coordinating or project management experience or equivalent experience working with Reliasâ internal systems
- Ability to work under time constraints and deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate with Content team and Product team
- Ability to troubleshoot problems
- Ability to work autonomously
- Ability to remain calm and diplomatic
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize projects
- Ability to mentor Project Coordinators

Ability to build and run reports in QuickBase IT WOULD BE NICE IF YOU:
- Project Management Experience
- Database and data management (QuickBase preferred)
