Job description
We are looking for a strong Project Manager to help drive execution across several business and technology initiatives. This individual will be responsible for running status meetings, tracking action items to closure, following up with stakeholders on commitments, and ensuring releases are delivered successfully. More importantly, looking for someone who is focused on getting work done, identifying risks early, and driving mitigation plans before issues impact delivery.
Requirements
- Supporting cross-functional projects spanning Salesforce and Oracle, * Strong risk identification, management, and mitigation experience
- Ability to drive accountability across cross-functional teams
- Experience tracking releases from planning through production deployment
- Strong Jira expertise, including dashboards, reporting, dependency management, and release tracking
- Comfortable working in both Agile and Waterfall environments
- Ability to quickly come up to speed on new business domains and complex initiatives
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to escalate issues appropriately and remove blockers
- Experience managing RAID logs, project plans, milestones, and executive status reporting
Must Have for this role:
- Looking for a Project Manager with 5+ years of experience to support cross-functional projects spanning Salesforce and Oracle.
- The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with teams operating in Agile, hybrid (pseudo-Agile), and Waterfall environments, with a proven ability to identify, manage, and escalate risks promptly.
- They need to be capable of dealing with risk escalation as it comes up and escalate things quickly as they come up.
- Strong experience in tracking releases from planning through production deployment is required, along with advanced Jira expertise, including dashboard creation, reporting, dependency management, and release tracking.
- Experience managing end-to-end releases from planning through production deployment is essential.
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory., We are looking for a highly organized, delivery-focused Project Manager who can quickly understand a complex environment, proactively identify and mitigate risks, drive accountability across teams, manage releases end-to-end, and leverage Jira to provide visibility while ensuring commitments are actually completed.
