Knowledge Management Support

Maintain DC3 / AG related information on websites and internal knowledge management sources, across multiple classified environments. Make recommendations to improve operational effectiveness of these systems. Develop and maintain SOPs for all DC3/AG activities including analytic / operational processes, and broader directorate processes related to analysis / production, metrics tracking and reporting, and KM processes.

Other Duties/Responsibilities:

Document Management Specialist- Implement and administer enterprise-wide document management systems and related procedures that allow organizations to capture, store, retrieve, share, and destroy electronic records and documents.

4-8 Years; 2 years and Master’s Degree or PhD, BS/BA. (4 years’ experience in lieu of degree is acceptable; AS/AA and 2 years’ experience in lieu of degree is acceptable)
