• Performance Monitoring. Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs),ensuring initiatives are aligned with Walmart’s strategic goals and financial targets.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration. Build and maintain trusted relationships with engineering, product management, finance, and other stakeholders to drive seamless execution and shared success.
• Strategic Advisor. Act as a thought partner to leadership, contributing to special projects and high-impact business initiatives through data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.

As a Staff, Technology Operations, you will help drive the operating rhythm, strategic execution, and insights delivery for the engineering organization. You will identify bottlenecks, unlock value, and ensure work aligns to strategy. The ideal candidate is a problem solver with strong business acumen, who thrives in a fast-paced and cross-functional environment. S/he likes to roll up their sleeves and has a deep sense of ownership., * At least 4 years of experience in business operations, program management, or finance, preferably in a technology-driven environment
