As a Java Backend Developer, you will make an impact by leading the design, development, and delivery of scalable backend solutions using Spring Boot, microservices, and cloud-native engineering practices. You will be a valued member of the engineering team and work collaboratively with product owners, business stakeholders, architects, engineering teams, and dependent technology teams to translate requirements into effective technical solutions., * Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable Java backend solutions using Spring Boot, microservices, REST APIs, and cloud-native engineering practices.

• Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, architects, and dependent technology teams to define requirements, discuss solution design, and support effective integration across systems.
• Provide technical guidance on application architecture, enterprise integration patterns, deployment standards, coding practices, and platform best practices.
• Drive application modernization by improving system scalability, reliability, performance, observability, security, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure solutions align with enterprise technology standards, security requirements, quality expectations, production support needs, and project timelines.

• Strong hands-on Java backend development experience, including expertise in Spring Boot, microservices architecture, and REST API development.
• Demonstrated ability to participate in application design discussions and collaborate with architects and dependent technology teams on solution dependencies and integrations.
• Solid understanding of cloud-native engineering, distributed systems, enterprise integration patterns, application scalability, and performance tuning.
• Experience with observability, logging, monitoring, security standards, troubleshooting, and production support in enterprise environments.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business and technical requirements into practical, high-quality solutions.

These will help you stand out

• Exposure to React or other UI technologies and experience supporting front-end and backend integration.
• Experience with DevOps practices, deployment automation, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands-on experience developing or deploying applications in AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled engineering tools that support software development and developer productivity.
• Relevant technical certifications in Java, cloud technologies, microservices, DevOps, or related disciplines.
