Scrum Master

Seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery across multiple AI and technology initiatives. This individual will facilitate Agile ceremonies, manage sprint execution, remove impediments, and ensure alignment between business and technical teams. The role also includes project management responsibilities such as planning, risk management, stakeholder communication, dependency tracking, and executive reporting. Candidates should have 6+ years of experience supporting complex technology, data, or AI programs, strong expertise in Agile methodologies, and experience working with cross-functional teams in regulated environments. Scrum Master (CSM/PSM), SAFe, or PMP certifications are preferred.

Six (6+) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Demonstrated experience supporting complex technical, data or AI-driven delivery teams, preferably within regulated operational environments.

Experience managing cross-functional projects, coordinating multiple workstreams, facilitating executive stakeholder communications, and applying project management methodologies alongside

Agile frameworks is strongly preferred.
