• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Operational Technology Management, Computer Science, Operations Research, or an equivalent related field, plus 7+ years of job-related work experience, including 2+ years in healthcare and healthcare business processes - or an equivalent combination of education and related work experience, * Demonstrated proficiency in SQL coding (Toad, DBeaver, Snowflake, etc.), ETL tools (Talend, DBT, etc.), and reporting tools (Tableau, Sigma, etc.)
• Familiarity with relational databases and client-server concepts
• Proven ability to perform complex analytical tasks with minimal supervision and manage large-risk, complex projects independently
• Strong understanding of software testing principles and the full development lifecycle, including coding, testing, and debugging
• Ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into clear design specifications and technical documentation
• Skill in negotiating solutions and building consensus among stakeholders with competing Business Intelligence needs
• Advanced knowledge of program evaluation concepts, including effectiveness analysis, measurement, and reporting
• Experience with AI tools and technologies to enhance productivity and decision-making in professional settings highly desired
• Solid oral and written communication skills, including presentation and technical writing
• Knowledge of healthcare and healthcare business processes a plus

Pay ranges vary based on the candidate’s work location. The expected hiring range depends on skills, experience, education, and training; relevant licensure/certifications; and performance history. Oregon, Washington, Utah, and Idaho: The expected hiring range is $92,650-125,350, the full salary range is $87,000-142,000 and the bonus target is 15%. North Dakota: The expected hiring range is $101,853-137,801 and the full salary range is $90,435-149,219.
