IT Project Manager (EPIC Beaker)

• Coordinate the delivery of multiple projects and drive the project schedule.
• Facilitate meetings, track progress, and follow up on action items.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and execution.
• Create and report program status using a dashboard.
• Communicate technical components of an initiative to applicable parties.
• Interface effectively with all levels and across organizational lines.
• Utilize and manage external vendors and resources.
• Build and maintain team relationships and partnerships.

We are seeking an IT Project Manager with Epic Beaker experience. This role involves coordinating the delivery of multiple projects, driving schedules, and working with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, organized, and possess strong facilitation skills to manage project activities effectively., Education: An Associate’s degree is required.

Experience: 5 years of related project management experience.

Technical Skills:

• Experience with Epic Systems, specifically with Beaker Anatomic or Clinical Pathology.
• Demonstrated project leadership, meeting facilitation, and organizational skills., * PMP certification.
• Experience working with a lab system.
• Ability to work flexible hours, with availability during Pacific Time Zone business hours (9 AM - 5 PM) being optimal.
