Mgr Solutions Bus Arc

Leads a team of Business Architects to translate business strategy into actionable strategic roadmaps. Provides operational expertise and consults with stakeholders in defining and executing portfolio governance for business architecture.

Essential Functions

• Plans, organizes, and directs a team of business architects fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
• Leads collaboration efforts between Business and IT to apply architectural principles and translate business strategies into actionable initiatives.
• Develops the Business Architecture framework aligned with organizational goals, business processes, technology, and enterprise architecture.
• Defines portfolio governance and supports execution of standards for business architecture.
• Liaisons between business stakeholders and leadership to provide insights on strategic initiatives.
• Evaluates the effectiveness of business processes and recommends improvements to enhance business operations.
• Oversees the design and implementation of business capability models and roadmaps.
• Establishes and tracks key metrics to measure the success of business architecture initiatives.
• Provides regular reporting to leadership on business architecture progress.
• Performs other duties as assigned..

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, IT systems, or a related discipline.

Minimum Experience Seven (7) years’ experience in business and/or IT systems architecture and leading enterprise-level strategic projects and/or systems solutions.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Demonstrated leadership and ability to interact effectively at multiple levels. Demonstrated analytical skills with strong problem-solving abilities. Proficient in business modeling, capability mapping, and process optimization. Strong understanding of business processes, strategy, and technology alignment.
