We are seeking a Systems Technical Lead to drive the definition, alignment, and execution of Customer Feature Objectives (CFOs) across global vehicle platforms. In this role, you will lead the technical bridge between customer expectations and engineering implementation-conducting competitive benchmarking, shaping global strategies with cross-functional teams, and ensuring feature architectures comply with systems engineering best practices and functional safety standards., Feature Objective Management: Lead the creation, tracking, and ongoing optimization of Customer Feature Objectives (CFOs) across the complete development lifecycle. Requirements & Systems Alignment: Conduct deep-dive technical analyses to ensure all CFOs align with program performance targets, system architectures, and engineering standards. Global Feature Strategy: Partner with cross-functional engineering, software, and product teams to define and execute unified best practices for global vehicle feature deployment. Platform & Program Technical Support: Lead feature development across core vehicle platforms as well as program-specific applications. Competitive Analysis & Voice of Customer: Direct competitive benchmarking initiatives and Voice of Customer (VoC) clinics to translate market data into technical system requirements. Requirements
Education: Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Mechanical, Software, Systems Engineering, or equivalent from an ABET-accredited university. Experience: 3 to 5 years of progressive automotive engineering experience with a strong background in integrated automotive systems. Systems Engineering & Standards: Solid grounding in INCOSE requirements decomposition methodologies and ISO 26262 functional safety standards. Project & Technical Leadership: Strong project coordination capabilities with the ability to manage complex technical deliverables across multiple teams simultaneously. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a proven track record of explaining complex technical topics to non-technical leaders and stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications Master of Science in Electrical, Mechanical, Software, or Systems Engineering. Practical expertise with ALM/PLM tools such as IBM DOORS. Direct experience in systems engineering design, including constructing and analyzing system network topology diagrams. Holistic problem-solving capability across hardware, software, and real-world field conditions. Specialized domain expertise in key vehicle functional areas (e.g., Body, Chassis, Electrical, or Interior systems).
