Product Owner

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner with a strong background in SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) methodologies to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in product management and ownership, demonstrating a deep understanding of agile principles and practices. This role is critical in driving product vision, strategy, and execution while ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements, translating them into actionable user stories.
• Act as the primary liaison between the development team and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and understanding of product goals.
• Utilize SAFe principles to facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Continuously assess and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that the most valuable features are delivered first.
• Monitor product performance and user feedback to inform future iterations and enhancements.
• Work closely with cross functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure successful product launches and ongoing support.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior product team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

• Strong knowledge and experience as a SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager.
• Proven track record of successfully managing product lifecycles in an agile environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Deep understanding of agile methodologies and frameworks, particularly SAFe.
• Experience in creating and managing product roadmaps and backlogs.
