Job description
Insight Global is seeking a Lead Agile Coach for a top enterprise technology-driven client undergoing a large-scale Agile and Product transformation. This individual will serve as a strategic Agile leader responsible for coaching executives, product organizations, Scrum Masters, and technical teams to drive Agile maturity and sustainable change across the organization. The ideal candidate brings true Agile Coaching experience, deep SAFe expertise, and a proven track record of leading enterprise transformations within software development environments.
Requirements
7+ years of relevant experience in Agile delivery, transformation, or coaching
Experience leading Agile transformations and organizational change initiatives
Strong experience supporting technical product and software engineering teams
Experience coaching, mentoring, and developing Scrum Masters
Deep knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Agile principles
Experience supporting multiple Portfolios, Agile Release Trains (ARTs), and Agile teams
Experience improving backlog refinement processes
Experience delivering OKR coaching
Experience identifying, escalating, and resolving cross-team dependencies and challenges Possess CSM certification
Possess SAFe 6 Program Consultant (SPC)
