The summary above was generated by AI, We are seeking a Provider Network Onboarding Project Manager to lead the end-to-end onboarding of healthcare provider organizations onto a fast-growing healthcare technology platform. This role will manage the full onboarding lifecycle from contracting through configuration, testing, and go-live, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience for every provider network participant., The Provider Network Onboarding Project Manager will own the planning and execution of provider onboarding projects, coordinating across internal engineering, product, and customer-facing teams to deliver on time and within scope. • Define clear project scope, requirements, and objectives in collaboration with customers and internal engineering teams.
• Develop and maintain project plans, action items, status reports, risk logs, and timelines across multiple concurrent engagements.
• Proactively identify and manage risks and issues, presenting solutions and options to stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Lead project meetings with cross-functional teams including C-suite stakeholders to communicate status, discuss risks, and manage scope changes.
• Coordinate seamless transitions from sales handoffs through go-live and subsequent sustainment.
• Establish regular reporting and metrics to monitor progress and identify gaps against project goals.
• Manage the customer relationship throughout the entire onboarding process, ensuring a premier end-to-end experience.

• 3+ years of project management experience in healthcare technology, health system operations, or enterprise software onboarding.
• 3+ years of experience working with or alongside Epic implementations, with a focus on scheduling workflows at provider organizations.
• Proven experience managing enterprise or large health system project portfolios.
• Experience leading executive-level program updates and presentations.
• Strong understanding of how provider organizations operate within Epic environments.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.
