What You’ll Do: As a Platform Implementation Manager at b.well Connected Health, you will be responsible for:
- Project Execution: Drive complex enterprise software implementation projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams and external partners to drive complex project success.
- Project Planning: Define project scope and objectives for high-impact projects, engage stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility, and develop comprehensive project plans.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Oversee project progress, measure performance of complex projects, and provide regular updates to executive leadership.
- Risk Management: Implement and oversee risk management strategies to minimize project risks across multiple projects.
- Client Engagement: Foster and manage high-level relationships with clients and project stakeholders, serving as their trusted advisor.
- Autonomous Process Improvement: Independently lead client workgroups to identify requirements and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Technical Expertise: Apply technical expertise to healthcare system integrations and enterprise software implementation.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Systems integration?, * 3-5 years of experience in project management with a focus on complex projects.
- Proven track record with high-impact enterprise software implementation projects.
- Proficiency in managing healthcare systems and integrations, including EHRs like Epic, Cerner, and others.
- Exceptional client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Experience in managing data integration implementation projects.
- Advanced organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus.
- Ability to quickly adapt to changing circumstances, be resourceful, and find solutions independently.
Benefits & conditions
1.81.8 out of 5 stars Remote $110,000 - $130,000 a year, This role offers the flexibility of fully remote work. Occasional travel of up to 10% may be necessary to support project needs. Flexibility of working hours is required for international client support. The target salary range for this position is $110,000 - $130,000 and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options, benefits, and incentive pay for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
