Reduce technical debt and customization

• Create scalable integration and extension strategies

• Partner with Operations, Finance, Manufacturing, and IT leadership

• Manage SAP managers and direct reports

• Oversee SAP AMS providers and system integrators

• Ensure SAP solution delivery complies with ITGC requirements

• Establish SAP as a business enablement platform rather than just an ERP system

• 10+ years of SAP leadership experience

• Strong SAP S/4HANA expertise across, Experience driving business value realization after SAP implementation

• Experience developing SAP strategy, roadmap, and governance

• Experience with SAP innovations including:

? SAP BTP

? SAP Fiori

? SAP Joule

? SAP Build

? Workflow Automation

? AI capabilities

• Experience leading SAP transformation, optimization, or continuous improvement initiatives

• Experience managing SAP functional and technical teams

• Experience partnering with business leaders and process owners

• Experience managing SAP AMS providers, system integrators, and consulting partners

• Strong manufacturing industry experience preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or related field - SAP innovation roadmap ownership

• Experience leveraging AI and automation within SAP

• Knowledge of SAP BTP architecture and extension strategy

• PMP, Agile, or APICS certifications

• Consulting background (Accenture, Deloitte, PwC, Capgemini, etc.)

Knowledge of IT infrastructure, network architecture, and SAP Basis operations
