Job description

We’re seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to help our customers design and implement intelligent, scalable risk decisioning systems powered by Oscilar’s platform. You’ll serve as the bridge between our product and our customers - guiding integrations, solving technical challenges, and shaping product feedback loops to accelerate adoption.

If you enjoy working cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and product teams, and thrive in a fast-moving environment where your work directly impacts customer success and product evolution, this is the opportunity for you.

What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate with GTM, Product, and Engineering to define and deliver technical solutions aligned with business goals.
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers - from onboarding to production deployment.
  • Design, test, and implement integrations leveraging tools like Elasticsearch, Snowflake, AWS S3, AWS Lambda, and PostgreSQL.
  • Build and maintain API and data workflows using REST, webhooks, and custom scripts in Python.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing prescriptive guidance across risk domains such as Fraud, AML/KYC/KYB, and Credit Underwriting.
  • Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for the Product and Engineering teams.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in technical consulting, solutions engineering, or customer-facing architecture roles.
  • Deep experience with AWS (Lambda, CloudWatch, Cognito) and data infrastructure tools.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and PostgreSQL.
  • Familiarity with Redis, Redshift, or Clickhouse.
  • Expertise integrating REST APIs and third-party data providers.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to simplify complex technical concepts for business stakeholders.
  • Background in risk, compliance, or financial data systems is a major plus.

Benefits & conditions

  • Compensation: Competitive salary and equity packages, including 401(k).
  • Health: 100% employer-covered medical, dental, and vision for you and your dependents (U.S.).
  • Balance: Unlimited PTO policy.
  • Culture: Family-friendly environment with regular team events and offsites.
  • Development: Accelerated professional growth alongside industry leaders.
  • Impact: Make the digital economy safer by protecting online transactions.

About the company

Banks, fintechs, and digitally native organizations rely on us to manage their fraud, credit, and compliance risk with the power of AI. If you’re passionate about solving complex problems and making the internet safer for everyone, this is your place.

Why Join Us?

  • Mission-driven teams: Work alongside industry veterans from Meta, Uber, Citi, and Confluent, all united by a shared goal to make the digital world safer.
  • Ownership and impact: We believe in extreme ownership. You’ll be empowered to take responsibility, move fast, and make decisions that drive our mission forward.
  • Innovate at the cutting edge: Your work will shape how modern finance detects fraud and manages risk.
