Senior Manager, IT - SAP Finance & Global Tax Solutions at a glance… You will design, implement, and support global finance, controlling, planning, and reporting capabilities across SAP S/4HANA, Central Finance, and integrated enterprise platforms. You will partner closely with Controllers, Global Business Services, and IT leadership to drive strategic initiatives, process standardization, compliance, and continuous improvement across management reporting, planning, and financial reporting capabilities in the global ERP landscape. What’s on the menu? Lead the design, implementation, and support of SAP Controlling and Finance capabilities across a varied global system landscape, including SAP S/4HANA, ECC, and Central Finance solutions. Provide functional leadership across core controlling, finance, product costing, margin analysis, financial close, management reporting, and planning capabilities. Partner with Controllers and IT teams to translate business requirements into scalable, compliant technology solutions. Oversee SAP capabilities and integrations with other non-SAP systems and platforms such as Oracle EPM, Snowflake or similar solutions. Define future-state finance and controlling architecture, lead design workshops, and ensure alignment with enterprise standards and implementation best practices. Configure or assist in configuration of SAP systems to deliver SAP Controlling and Finance solutions. Understand the business processes around Management Planning and Reporting Solutions and provide guidance towards designing and running those processes. Requirements

I have years of progressive experience in SAP Finance, SAP Controlling, and global ERP transformation programs. I have hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance, including participation in at least one full lifecycle implementation, major rollout, or transformation program from design through deployment. I have SAP Finance knowledge across FI, GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Banking, Treasury integration, close, reporting, controls, and statutory compliance, with the ability to connect these processes to Controlling, management reporting, and planning outcomes. I have strong SAP Finance and Controlling knowledge, especially in Overhead Management, Product Costing, Material Ledger, Margin Analysis, planning, and management reporting. I have experience in global manufacturing organizations and large-scale finance modernization or management reporting transformation programs. I have a deep understanding of global management reporting processes and best practices, including integration with platforms such as Oracle EPM, Snowflake, and trade promotion management systems. I have working knowledge of SAP Central Finance concepts and operations, including SLT, AIF, initial load, financial replication, key and value mapping, error monitoring, reconciliation, and finance data governance. I have a proven ability to lead global finance transformation initiatives, manage cross-functional teams, partner with system integrators and external vendors, and influence senior business and IT stakeholders through clear solution recommendations, trade-off analysis, and value-based decision making.

New Hire Base Salary Range: $120,800.00 - $151,000.00 Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
