Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented UAT Coordinator and Application Support Analyst to bridge the gap between business users and IT engineering teams for Tesla energy storage operations. You will ensure new features are thoroughly tested before release and provide tier-2 support for our suite of web-based business applications supporting Megapack sales, contracting, fulfillment, and billing. This role splits time between coordinating user acceptance testing cycles (50 percent) and investigating complex application support escalations (50 percent). You will work cross-functionally with sales, finance, legal, engineering, and operations teams to maintain quality and reliability of business-critical systems. This position is based in Palo Alto with 4-5 days per week in office. What You’ll Do

Plan and coordinate UAT cycles for web application releases, recruiting testers from sales, operations, finance,engineering,and fulfillment teams Develop test scenarios, track UAT progress, and facilitate kickoff and readout meetings with stakeholders and development teams Triage and prioritize defects discovered during UAT, communicating release readiness to leadership with data-driven recommendations Investigate and resolve complex tier-2 support tickets escalated from tier-1or end users, reproducing issues across integrated systems Coordinate with engineering teams to troubleshoot integration issues and provide workarounds whilepermanent fixes are developed Document known issues, root causes, and resolutions in knowledge base Monitor application health, support incident response during outages, and proactively identify recurring issues

Requirements

2+ years experience in application support, QA, or business analyst roles SQL proficiency with ability to writequeries to investigate data issues and trace problems across integrated web applications Understanding of web technologies, API and REST integration concepts, and browser developer tools Experience with ticketing systems (Jira or similar) and strong documentation skills for bug reports and knowledge articles Process-oriented mindset with understanding of quote-to-cash and order-to-fulfillment workflows Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, translating between technical and business perspectives Meticulous attention to detail with ability to juggle UAT schedules while responding to urgent support escalations

Expected Compensation $69,600 - $168,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits

Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
