Job description

  • Owner for the Smart Factory Application at the site, responsible for support, problem solving, continuous improvement and value creation.
  • Acting as a bridge between factory-level needs and global digital strategies, ensuring that deployment reflects local IT/OT maturity.
  • Ensure continuous availability, usability, and support of digital / I4.0 systems and applications.
  • Conduct training, onboarding, and upskilling of plant personnel on digital tools and platforms.
  • Facilitate compliance with OT cybersecurity standards and corporate controls.
  • Troubleshoot and support integration between SAP GUI and the Smart Factory System, ensuring seamless data exchange and workflow continuity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Data Analysis and/or IT.
  • Minimum five years experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Minimum three years of work experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and other digital platforms (Power BI, SQL, MES, historians, CMMS)
  • Experience with Industrial IoT technologies.
  • Experience with cybersecurity in operational technology (OT) environments.

The salary range for this role is $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 . This range represents the good-faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at the time of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, education, training, and work location.
