Job description

  • Architect, engineer and maintain Smarter Agent production environment which is one of the largest real estate data and client endpoint infrastructures in North America.

Requirements

  • Develop system and components for large scale real estate SaaS system running primarily AWS services.

  • Experience with data stores with ~1B records with > 1M daily updates.
  • Understanding of performance metrics and practices for Web and Mobile applications.
  • Experience with at least two years of Python engineering and development.
  • Knowledge of AWS, including Boto, S3, Lambda and S3 Triggers.
  • Experience in Web Frameworks for Python, including Django and asynch frameworks is highly desirable.
  • Implementation experience for systems at scale and with metric, logging, and monitoring systems.
  • Knowledge of SQL and NoSql database systems, ElasticSearch preferred.
  • Knowledge of CDN and image processing systems.
  • Experience with common ETL processes, tools and software.
