Job description

  • Own the day-to-day management of Mars Men’s organic social channels, including content planning, scheduling, publishing, stories, platform uploads, quality control, and maintaining an organized content calendar
  • Design and edit platform-native content, including carousels, graphics, short-form videos, campaign cutdowns, stories, and behind-the-scenes content that reflects a high level of creative taste
  • Package brand campaigns, partnerships, launches, and product moments into cohesive social rollouts, adapting larger creative concepts into the formats needed for each platform
  • Maximize the output of every production by identifying opportunities to repurpose footage, photography, interviews, and existing assets into additional content without sacrificing quality
  • Manage community engagement and channel performance, including monitoring comments and messages, participating in relevant conversations, tracking results, and applying insights to future content

Requirements

  • 3 to 4 years of experience in social content, brand design, digital design, social media management, or a similar creative role for a consumer brand or agency
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating elevated graphic design, campaign extensions, social-first content, and short-form video or motion editing
  • Hands-on experience managing organic social channels, including content calendars, publishing, stories, community engagement, and platform-specific optimization
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, with experience using tools such as Figma, Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar design and editing platforms
  • Strong creative taste and an understanding of how to translate a cohesive brand identity into consistent, engaging content across digital platforms
