DevOps Engineer -Harness

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure automation. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with CI/CD, Terraform, GitHub, and Harness and will be responsible for improving deployment automation, infrastructure reliability, and software delivery processes., * Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application and infrastructure deployments.

• Implement and manage automated deployment pipelines using Harness.
• Manage source code repositories, branching strategies, pull requests, and workflows using GitHub.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and deployment processes.
• Integrate automated build, testing, security scanning, and deployment processes into CI/CD pipelines.
• Troubleshoot pipeline failures, deployment issues, and infrastructure-related problems.
• Implement deployment strategies such as rolling, blue-green, and canary deployments where applicable.
• Manage environment-specific configurations and secrets securely across development, QA, staging, and production environments.
• Collaborate with development, QA, security, and infrastructure teams to improve software delivery and deployment processes.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting to improve application and infrastructure reliability.
• Follow DevOps best practices for automation, security, scalability, and operational efficiency.
• Participate in production support and troubleshoot issues related to application releases and infrastructure.

• Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD
• Experience with Harness for continuous integration and deployment
• Strong experience with Terraform / Infrastructure as Code
• Hands-on experience with GitHub
• Experience designing and maintaining automated deployment pipelines
• Strong understanding of Git, branching, pull requests, and source control
• Experience with deployment automation and release management
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS or Azure
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar CI/CD tools
• Experience with scripting using Python, Bash, or Shell
• Experience implementing DevSecOps practices
• Experience with cloud infrastructure automation
• Healthcare/insurance industry experience is a plus
