Job description

We are seeking an experienced AEM Lead Developer / Solution Architect to design and implement enterprise content management solutions that transform structured and unstructured content into reusable digital assets. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), AEM Sites, AEM Assets, Content Fragments, Headless CMS, Java, and cloud- architectures, along with experience integrating content platforms with AI/ML, OCR, search, and downstream applications. Key Responsibilities Design and implement enterprise AEM content management solutions. Lead architecture and development for AEM Sites and AEM Assets. Develop content models, reusable components, Content Fragments, and headless content solutions. Design and implement content modeling and metadata management strategies. Develop and automate content workflows and approval processes. Integrate AEM with AI/ML, OCR, search platforms, and downstream enterprise applications through APIs. Design scalable and secure API-based content delivery architectures. Establish content governance, semantic tagging, and knowledge management strategies. Lead technical architecture decisions and provide guidance to development teams. Design scalable, cloud- content delivery platforms. Collaborate with business, product, engineering, and architecture teams.

Requirements

7-10 years of professional experience in AEM and enterprise software development. Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). Expert knowledge of AEM Sites and AEM Assets. Strong experience with Content Fragments and Headless CMS. Strong Java development experience. Experience with AEM architecture, components, templates, workflows, Sling Models, OSGi, and APIs. Experience designing enterprise content management architectures. Strong understanding of REST APIs and system integration. Experience with cloud- architectures and scalable content delivery platforms. Skills Experience integrating AEM with AI/ML and OCR technologies. Experience with enterprise search platforms. Knowledge of semantic tagging and knowledge management. Experience with content governance and enterprise taxonomy. Experience with AEM Cloud Service / Adobe Cloud Manager. Strong understanding of digital asset management and reusable content strategies. Experience leading architecture and mentoring development teams., The ideal candidate is a hands-on AEM technical leader and architect who can translate enterprise content-management requirements into scalable technical solutions and lead implementation from architecture through delivery.
