Mobile and Web Tester

As a Mobile and Web Tester at Switch Connect, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our mobile and web applications. You will work closely with our development and design teams to identify issues, report defects, and contribute to the overall improvement of our products. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects in a collaborative and fast-paced environment., * Conduct thorough testing of mobile and web applications to identify defects, usability issues, and performance problems.

• Create and execute test cases and test plans.
• Collaborate with developers and designers to resolve issues and ensure product quality.
• Perform regression testing to verify bug fixes and new feature implementations.
• Document and report defects, providing clear and concise details.
• Participate in test automation efforts to streamline testing processes.
• Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging testing tools and technologies.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience in mobile and web application testing is a plus.
• A strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies is a plus.
• Familiarity with testing tools and frameworks is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills are a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate issues effectively is a plus.
• Experience with test automation is a plus.
