• Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing to ensure that applications meet specified quality standards.
• Collaborate with the software development team to understand application features, database design, and potential areas of risk.
• Document and manage defect tracking using a recognized system; retest defect corrections and regression test.
• Assist in the preparation of test plans and test cases based on the requirements and technical specifications.
• Provide input to improve overall test efficiency and test coverage. Report, track, and manage any discovered defects to resolution.
• Participate in troubleshooting and triaging of issues with different teams to drive root cause identification and resolution.
• Utilize AI tools for enhancing business operations and decision-making.

Are you an experienced Software QA for Web & Mobile Automation with a specialty in Mobile & Web testing and setting up Automation. Have you worked with U.S.-based startups or company? We are in search of a dynamic professional who pairs technical prowess with a collaborative spirit and excels in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. This position is perfect for someone seasoned in executing detailed quality assurance processes, managing a variety of testing tasks, and optimizing workflows in a technology-driven setting., * Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in Web and Mobile/automated testing of applications developed in Flutter.

• Proven experience with Flutter UI Automation Testing, Flutter Appium Automation.
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing.
• Experience on Automation Testing, API Testing, Performance Testing, Security Testing, Mobile Testing, Web Testing.
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing.

A plus if you have:

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject is a plus, but not required.
• Experience on Automation Testing, API Testing, Performance Testing, Security Testing, Mobile Testing, Web Testing.
• Proven track record with management and bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Coda, Basecamp).
• Strong background in POS systems, order management, and other restaurant technologies.
• Proficient in remote troubleshooting methods.
• Preferred certifications in project management and/or software tools.
• Prior start-up environment experience is a big plus.

• Full-time schedule aligned with U.S. time zones.
• Remote work setup required, with a reliable internet connection, a quiet environment, a high-performance computer, and a Zoom-enabled camera.
• Enjoy twenty-two paid holidays each year (4 government plus 18 performance-based).
• Required to use time and task tracking software (Time Doctor) for productivity reporting; please ensure you’re comfortable with this requirement.

Compensation: PHP 30,000 - 50,000 Monthly (Depending on experience).
