Technical Program Manager

Lead and coordinate complex programs across product, engineering, merchandising, and business teams to ensure successful delivery of key initiatives

• Manage cross-functional dependencies, facilitate stakeholder communication, and resolve roadblocks to keep multiple teams aligned and moving forward

• Partner closely with product managers and engineers to support the full product lifecycle, from planning and requirements through implementation and launch

Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation, helping teams improve efficiency, streamline processes, and deliver better business outcomes

• 5+ years of experience

• Product lifecycle management within ecommerce or retail

• AI

• Experience working across multiple teams/ cross functional team collaboration

Ecommerce or retail experience (retail preferred) - ARIA experience
