Job description

Requirements

This role will be ideal for a candidate with experience in either the Nuclear sector or other highly regulated sectors such as Aerospace/ Defence, * Previous experience as a Senior Design Engineer or similar role \n

  • As the Senior Design Engineer, you will have the ability to work with the Mechanical Engineering Team to realize ideas \n

  • Understanding of safety legislation \n

  • As the Senior Design Engineer, you will have a high degree of knowledge around Design for Manufacture \n

  • Familiarity with 3D CAD systems (Siemens NX or similar) for model and drawing creation \n

  • Familiarity with PLM systems (Teamcentre or similar) \n

  • As the Senior Design Engineer, you will have a professional qualification in an engineering related field \n
